A beautiful area located at the end of one of the Finger Lakes--Seneca Lake. We are in a tourist area with everything going for it. 2. We have the Watkins Glen International Race Track approx. 4 miles from our business. Which brings 500,000 visitors a year and has events running every week and weekend from May-Oct. The NASCAR race in August is the largest sporting event in Upstate New York which draws over 200,000 people.

3. a. There is a Waterfront Festival weekend in June that brings approx. 5,000 people.
b. A Wine Festival weekend in July that brings 20,000 plus visitors.
c. An arts & crafts fair weekend in July. 5,000 visitors.
d. Nascar night on a Friday night brings 5,000+ visitors for one night.
e. A Grand Prix Festival weekend every Sept. which brings 10,000+ visitors, plus other events

4. Every evening from June-Sept. there is a laser light show in the Watkins Glen State Park right across the street.

5. We are on route 14 which is a main 2 lane route between Route 90 the Thruway and Route 17 (changed to Rte. 86) Several trucks & vehicles travel this road. On any
average day in the middle of June 2,500 cars go by.

6. Watkins Glen is also on the bus tour route which contains mostly of Foreigners. They start in Toronto or Niagara Falls, stop in Watkins Glen to go through the State
Park across the street, and then down to New York City -- or the other way around. There are also Asian bus tours that come down from Toronto twice a week in seasonal months.

7. Several visitors also come for Fall Foliage.
