Will take pictures this week end and put them up early next week. Were asking for the acreage only, as the 1100 square foot house consists of two mobile homes not on a foundation. It was to have been finished last year and has been been converted into a house with 2x4 construction and is still unfinished. I had hoped to finish it last summer but got cancer. I am recovering but want to buy something nearer to MSLA. It has a metal roof that doesn't leak. It has a den, with two sided fire place . A solarium in which I grew tangerines, And Tomatoes and other stuff. The front room has an 11.5 Cathedral ceiling. everything is sheet rock. Going to to the back on the left is a 14x12 kitchen with an alcove for the refrigerator. No counters or cabinets yet. Behind that, in the hall is an oil furnace that has kept us warm. Depending on the cold, it uses about 400 to 500 gal. per winter. Elec is about $5o to $7o Per Mo. Above the furnace is duct work that goes from a plenum with 3x10 duct to feed the kitchen, front room and back bedroom over to the second back bedroom on the other side of the house. After the plenum is the bathroom that contains the Shower sink and john. The bathroom is about 100" wide and 50" deep with 2 large cabinets on the deep side. The back bedroom is about 11' deep and 11.5 ' wide unfinished. The other bedroom is unfinished also
