Waterfront property on a canal out to gulf in Hudson Florida {just north of Tampa}. Several nice shade and tropical fruit trees along with various plants. Good sea wall and floating dock on the deep canal to gulf. It is a one family manufactured home that has a bedroom at each end and one and a half baths. Very quiet area with mostly retired or childless people. All kinds of tropical birds come and go, have also seen manatees at the property. The ocean is comparatively shallow in this area of Florida so though the canals are deep you still have to respect the tides with larger boats in gaining ocean access.
